STARTERS

Cheddar Jack Nachos – Southwestern seasoned corn chips, cheddar jack cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos and garnished with scallions. Served with sour cream and salsa.

*Artisan Cheese Sampler – Ask your server about today’s artisan cheese selection. Accompanied with fruit, pickled onion, cornichon and seasonal chutney. Market Price.

*Jumbo Chicken Wings – Thai peanut, buffalo, sriracha honey beer glaze or our Kick Ass Brown Ale barbeque sauce. 6/11

Pale-Ale Battered Red Onion Rings Battered with our own Pump Station Pale Ale.

Served with our chipotle ranch and gorgonzola bleu cheese dressing. 8

Maryland Crab Cakes – Two baked four ounce crab cakes served with cherry pepper – caper remoulade. 12

Eggplant Stack – Panko encrusted eggplant, tomato ragu, fresh mozzarella, balsamic reduction. 10

Mussels – PEI mussels in sage infused Dawn’s Dry Stout broth. Served with grilled toast points. 11

Fried Pickles – House made fried pickle spears. Served with chipotle ranch. 7

Turkey roasted turkey, bayou bacon, lettuce, tomato with sun-dried tomato mayonnaise on ciabatta. 9
Roast Beef –
Juicy roast beef sliced thin, served with lettuce, tomato and horseradish chevre on rye bread. 9
B.L.T.– Bayou bacon, leaf lettuce, vine ripened tomato slices with garlic aioli on ciabatta. 9

Half a Sandwich– Choose half of a deli-style sandwich served with a cup of soup du jour, vegetarian soup du jour or side salad. 9

Reuben – Choice of corned beef brisket or turkey on grilled rye, swiss, sauerkraut, russian dressing. 10

 The Gobbler – Sliced turkey breast, stuffing, provolone cheese and cranberry sauce on a baguette. Served with a side of turkey gravy. 10

 Pulled Pork Sandwich – House smoked pulled pork with house-made Kick Ass Brown Ale barbeque sauce on a garlic baguette. Served with a side of coleslaw. 10

 French Dip Sandwich – shaved prime rib, swiss cheese, garlic herb aioli, toasted baguette, Dawn’s Dry Stout au jus. 13

*Mango Chicken Sandwich – pickled onions, spinach, smoked cheddar, mango chutney. 10

 Tuna Melt – Tuna salad, cheddar cheese, sliced tomato on rye bread. 10

 *Mediterranean Wrap – Roasted red pepper hummus, tabouli, kalamata olives, banana peppers, tomato, feta, falafel. Served with a side of tzatziki. 11

 Vegetable Wrap – Spinach, tomato, portobello mushroom, grilled zucchini, yellow squash, roasted red peppers, provolone, romano, feta, a side of balsamic vinaigrette. 10

Pump Station Burger – Ground beef blended with homemade Kick-Ass Brown Ale BBQ sauce, scallions and shredded jack cheddar, topped with bacon, pepper jack, chipotle ranch dressing, lettuce, tomato, onion. 12

 Havana Burger – Smoked tasso ham, pulled pork, swiss, pickles, spicy mustard. 12

 *Paella – Shrimp, scallops, chicken, mussels, red onions, peppers in a saffron tomato broth served over rice. 13

 Beer Battered Fish & Chips – Whitefish dipped in our Quackenbush Blonde beer batter and lightly fried. Served with french fries, coleslaw, lemon. 10

 Golabki – Choice ground beef, rice, romano cheese rolled in cabbage leaves, and slow roasted in our house marinara. Served with pierogies. 11

 Fresh Eggplant Lasagna – Alternating layers of pasta and breaded eggplant with ricotta, mozzarella, romano, and our house marinara sauce. Served with garlic bread. 15

KID’S MENU
Portions are for kids 12 and under. Includes a choice of fresh fruit or carrot sticks, kid’s entrée, ice cream with chocolate sauce and a kid’s fountain drink.
