C.H. Evans Brewing Company was founded in Hudson, NY in 1786.
We are celebrating that year by offering a three-course meal for $17.86 per person.

Appetizer Selections
Stuffed Mushrooms
Jumbo mushroom caps stuffed with spinach, roasted red peppers, and smoked mozzarella, herb bread stuffing. Baked with garlic, butter and white wine
House Salad
A blend of baby greens topped with julienne carrots, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes and black olives.
Calamari
Tender calamari, lightly floured and deep-fried. Tossed with spicy cherry peppers, served over our house-made marinara and drizzled with balsamic reduction.

Stuffed Loin of Pork
Fresh pork loin stuffed with portobella mushrooms, roasted red peppers and fontina cheese finished withdijonmustard cream sauce. Served with sweet mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.
Choice Beef Brisket
Slow braised beef brisket sliced with vegetable pan gravy. Served with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.
Stuffed Chicken
Sausage and mozzarella stuffed chicken breast topped with a supreme sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.
Eggplant Rollatini
Ricotta cheese, spinach, mushrooms and sundried tomatoes topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella.
