Roasted Prime Rib – Choice English-cut prime rib au jus served with mashed potato and fresh vegetable.
Salmon Gorgonzola – Pan-seared Atlantic salmon filet finished with a bacon, spinach and gorgonzola topping and drizzled with balsamic reduction. Served with rice and vegetables.
Veal and Peppers - Milk-fed veal, slow braised with red and green bell peppers and onions in a light tomato sauce served with rice.
Lasagna- Italian-style lasagna with seasoned ground beef and sausage accompanied with a side of garlic bread.
