Our Maibock is a traditional German-Style Lager. Traditionally brewed in May “Mai” this malt-forward lager is then aged for months for consumption later in the spring and early summer. Like all Bock beer it is boiled for a long time (3 hours in this case!) to develop its characteristic flavors, however unlike most other Bock the Helles is a “light” beer. The “light” is a reference to the color of the beer, not the flavor profile, and we’re sure you’ll agree that this HellesBock is anything but light on flavor. Cheers! 6.7 ABV
