Crisp, American-style Wheat ale.  50% of the grain bill is NYS Grown and Malted Wheat from 1886 Malting.  We then added over 250lbs of hand-picked sour cherries from Eger Bro. Farms, about 40 min south of Albany, NY.  An added dose of Mosaic hops in the dry hopping elevate the crisp, fruity and refreshing nature of this brew!
