Palace Pilz

Palace Pilz is a pilsner using traditional German malts and lager yeast, but with an American twist.  Amarillo hops were used in the boil and dry hop for citrus notes.  We then lagered (stored cold) for 2.5 months.  One week before transfer/kegging, we cold hopped with a heavy charge of Czech-grown Saaz.   Look for a crisp, dry, super clean drinking lager with zesty and floral, herbal and citrus notes.
