Our yearly rendition on a Belgian-style Quadruple.  Brewed with a variety of character malts and then fermented with a classic Belgian yeast strain for fruity notes of dark dried fruits, plum and clove. Stats ABV 9.6 BU 30 MALT Pilsner, Munich, Special B, C-120, Acidulated HOPS Pacifica YEAST WLP510 Bastogne Ale

Delicious German-style Hefeweizen with notes of banana bread, and some spicy clove, followed by a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Style: Hefeweizen ABV: 5.5% IBU: 15 Malt: Pale, Vienna, Wheat Hops: Hallertau
