Scottish Light - A Scottish 70 shilling ale, copper in color but very light in flavor. A mild caramel malt character dominates the palate and fades into a short finish. 3.8% ABV
Quackenbush Blonde - This golden ale beer is brewed in the style of a German Koelsch, but using American hops. 5.2% ABV
Hefeweizen - A Bavarian-style wheat beer that uses a unique yeast strain to produce the banana and clove characteristics. Corrupting it with lemon makes the brewer cry. 5.6% ABV
Dopplebock - A malty, German-style lager brewed with lots of Munich malt. It is quite malty. Yes, it's malty. 7.2% ABV
Oatmeal Stout - Roasted malts give this beer a rich mocha-like character while the oats help to fill out the body. Hop character is appropriately low. 5.2% ABV

Summer Pale - A lighter version of our pale ale crafted for warm-weather quaffing. It is still quite a hoppy beer, redolent with the aromas of Amarillo and Crystal hops. 4.2% ABV
Kick-Ass Brown - A uniquely American style, this hoppy brown ale has thrice been awarded the Great American Beer Festival Gold Medal as the best in its class! Crystal and Amarillo hops dominate the nose and palate of this mahagony-colored brew, but the malt flavors come through nicely, especially as it warms. Simply outstanding! 5.3% ABV
Ginger Wit - A typical Belgian-style wit except for the use of fresh ginger root which gives the beer a nice zing. Other spices include hops, coriander and orange peel. A significant amount of unmalted wheat lends this pale yellow beer its haze. 5.2% ABV
