Scottish Light - A Scottish 70 shilling ale, copper in color but very light in flavor. A mild caramel malt character dominates the palate and fades into a short finish. 3.8% ABV
Quackenbush Blonde - This golden beer is brewed in the style of a German Koelsch but using American hops, which impart an apricot character. A medium-light body, with a soft malt character and noticeable hop presence. 5.0% ABV
Old Musty - Our barleywine makes its annual appearance, this time with a bit more caramel character and more hop bitterness than in the past. Full-bodied and malty, this one comes in at 8.5% ABV.
Imperial Stout - Rich and malty with notes of cocoa and coffee dominating the hop bitterness. Full-bodied and satisfying at 7.5 % ABV
Rauches Weizenbier - This special version of our Bavarian-style wheat beer gets a dose of Beechwood-smoked malt to impart a unique character. The banana and clove notes are produced by the yeast. 5.6% ABV
Pump Station Pale - One of our most popular beers, this true American classic is copper in color and quite hoppy. Amarillo and Crystal create the hop bouquet while Horizon provides bitterness. The judicious use of German Vienna and pale malts provide balance. 5.2% ABV
Kick-Ass Brown - A uniquely American style, this hoppy brown ale has twice been awarded the Great American Beer Festival Gold Medal as the best in its class! Crystal and Amarillo hops dominate the nose and palate of this mahagony-colored brew, but the malt flavors come through nicely, especially as it warms. Simply outstanding! 5.3% ABV
Dawn's Dry Stout - Our version of the well-known Irish style is a bit more roasty and assertive than Guinness, but otherwise similar. Served the way nature intended: with carbon dioxide rather than nitrogen. Try a shot of port wine in a pint! 4.0% ABV
