Boysenberry Hefeweizen

Our Bavarian Style Hefeweizen brewed with malted pale wheat and a select German Hefeweizen yeast strand. The combination of low mashing temperature and specialty yeast present a banana and clove back bone which has been slightly augmented by conditioning for a month on 90 pounds of organic boysenberry puree.
