The Albany Pump Station can arrange for private parties on our spacious mezzanine.  We can accommodate cocktail parties of up to 150 people, and buffets and full-service meals of up to 60.  We are also pleased to offer guided beer tastings with our Brewmaster for an extra charge.

$12.00 per person minimum.

Passed Hors d’oeurves
A tempting assortment of pork pot stickers, shrimp Thai money bags, salmon en cruté, beef turnovers, mini quiche, potato puffs and more. $5.95/person, first half hour; $3.95/person second half hour

Stationary Hors d’oeurves
(50 piece minimum)

Mini crab cakes $0.75 each
Stuffed mushrooms (veggie or crab) $0.50 each
Thai peanut or Buffalo wings $6.00 per dozen
Coconut Shrimp $1.00 each

Cold antipasto platter - a mixture of salad greens topped with salami, capicola ham, provolone cheese, hot cherry peppers, pepperoncini, marinated roasted red peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and Italian bread. $5.95 per person (minimum of 25 people)

Hearty cocktail package

Chips and salsa, fruit and cheese platter, crudité and antipasto platter for only $12.00 per person

-Seated Dining-

All meals include bread with a choice of a Caesar or house salad or a cup of soup du jour. Meals are served with rice or potato and seasonal vegetables Add unlimited soda, tea and coffee for $1.25 per person. Choose one of the following menu plans:

Menu A
$16.95 per person. Available in lunch portions prior to 4:00 p.m. Mon.-Fri., $12.95 per person.
Choose from the following:

Chicken breast stuffed with cranberries and apples
Baked scrod casino style with bacon and peppers
Grilled top sirloin sliced and served with mushroom sauce
Vegetable medley primavera with a tomato-basil cream sauce over penne pasta

Menu B

$21.95 per person, choose from the following:

Stout-marinated New York strip with beer-battered onion rings
Chicken portafine topped with eggplant, proscuitto and mozzarella
Pan-roasted snapper in a lemon, sherry mushroom sauce
Smoked mozzarella topped with asparagus and sun-dried tomatoes in a roasted red pepper sauce.

Menu C

$23.95 per person, choose from the following:

Filet Mignon an eight ounce filet grilled and topped with pan-seared mushroom caps and garlic butter
Chicken Sophia chicken roulade stuffed with cappicola ham, fresh mozzarella, roasted red pepper and ricotta. Served over rigatoni with a mushroom-pesto sauce.

-Buffet Menus-

All buffets are served with Caesar salad and bread.
Add unlimited soda, tea and coffee for $1.25 per person.

The Sandwich Board
$11.95 per person. Available Monday-Friday, 11:30-4:00

A display of ham, roast beef, turkey, salami, Swiss, cheddar and American cheeses with an assortment of breads and rolls, plus three of the following accompaniments: Fruit salad, tossed salad, Caesar salad, macaroni salad, potato salad, coleslaw or chips. Add unlimited soda, tea and coffee for $1.25 per person.

Buffet Menu 1
$17.95 per person, minimum of 25 people

Choose three of the following entrées:
Marinated London broil with a mushroom Bourdhouse sauce
Filet of sole stuffed with crabmeat
Roasted pork loin with apple cider glaze
Chicken Portobello topped with grilled Portobello mushrooms and fresh mozzarella
Chicken Frangelico with a hazelnut sauce
Choose one of the following starches:
Mashed potatoes, roasted red potatoes, scalloped potatoes or rice pilaf
Choose one of the following vegetables:
Vegetable medley, broccoli Romanoff, green bean or glazed carrots

Buffet Menu 2

$14.95 per person, available Mon.-Fri. before 4:00 for $12.95 per person

Choose three of the following entrées:
Chicken farfalle with broccoli, sun-dried tomatoes, oil, garlic and Romano cheese over bowtie pasta
Roast top sirloin with mushroom gravy
Chicken scaparella with smoked ham, peppers, onions and mushrooms in a garlic wine sauce over penne
Baked scrod casino style
Mediterranean vegetable primavera over penne pasta
Garlic beef and broccoli
Tortellacci in a tomato-basil cream sauce
Choose one of the following starches:

-Dessert Menu-

Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries - seasonally priced (20 piece minimum)
Chocolate Mousse - $4.95 per person
Bread Pudding - $4.95 per person
Sorbet (single scoop) - $1.50 per person
Cakes - If you're interested in having a cake for you event, tell us what you would like and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Groups wishing to bring their own desserts will be charged $1.00 per plate service charge.

Half Sheet Cake - $75.00 per person (feeds 50 people)
Full Sheet Cake - $135.00 per person (feeds 100 people)

-Beverage Options-

Full Open Bar - Beer, house wine and house liquor, $9.00 per person for the first hour, $7.00 per hour for each subsequent hour
Partial Open Bar - Beer and house wine, $7.00 per person for the first hour, $5.00 per person for each subsequent hour
Bar Tab - All drinks are placed on a tab and added to the final bill
Cash Bar - Guests are charged for their own drinks

-Guided Beer Tastings-

Our award-winning Brewmaster is available to lead your group through a beer tasting for a separate fee. Beers are not limited to Albany Pump Station offerings. Popular options include:

Beers of the World - an introduction to some of the world's more renowned beer styles.
Beers of Belgium - a sampling of beers from one of the planet's most interesting brewing cultures.
Beers of America - experience the beers of our Craft Beer Revolution.
Style-specific tasting - an in-depth exploration of your favorite type of beer.
The number of beers sampled varies, but will not exceed 32 ounces per person. We want to be able to remember what we've learned! Parties of up to 20 people cost $200 for about an hour and a half of beery entertainment, cost of beer not included.


Albany Pump Station Banquet Policies:

The Albany Pump Station will not reserve a date for a function until the non-refundable deposit has been received. A final count for the number of guests expected to attend a function must be received at least 72 hours prior to the function. After this point, cancellation will result in the host being charged the full price for the function.

The Albany Pump Station does not provide refunds if the number of guests in attendance falls
below the number of guest contracted for. If the number of guests in attendance exceeds the number contracted for, the host will be charged for each extra guest at the cost charged per person for the function. Payment of any outstanding balance is due at the end of the function.
8% sales tax, 20% gratuity, and room fees are added to all special functions.
