This fresh, unfiltered lager is brewed to the style of the famous German Kellerbiers (Cellar Beer). This lager is served somewhat young, left unfiltered, and has more hop character than is often found in German-style lagers. Brewed with imported floor malts and hops, Knickerbocker is crisp, biscuity, and just the right amount of grassy/floral hop character
