Shrimp and Crab Cakes Traditional Maryland-style cakes, pan-fried and served with Yucatan cream sauce.  $8.95

 

Quackenbush Steamers – One dozen fresh littleneck clams steamed with our own blonde ale, broth and garlic.  $7.95

Fried Calamari – Lightly breaded rings, delicately fried, tossed with cherry peppers and served with marinara and Balsamic reduction, an old house favorite.  $7.25

Thai Peanut Wings – Marinated in Chef Tom’s own spicy Thai seasoning, baked and served with carrots and soy ginger sauce.  $6.95

 

Black Bean Nachos – Tri-colored corn chips topped with black bean and corn relish, shredded jack and cheddar, sliced jalapeños and sour cream.  $7.95

Yucatan-Grilled Chicken Quesadilla – Grilled chicken, spiced with Chef's own Yucatan blend, stuffed into a flour tortilla with black bean corn relish and smoked cheddar.  Served with lime raku, ancho-chipotle sour cream and yellow pepper aioli.  $7.95

 

Coconut Shrimp – Large beer-battered shrimp, dipped in flaked coconut, served with spicy peach chutney  $8.95

Stuffed Portabello – Stuffed with Portabello, shiitake and button mushrooms, smoked cheddar, sun-dried tomatoes and arugula, served with our own roasted red pepper sauce.  $7.95

 

Cajun-Spiced Chicken Fingers – Tender strips of chicken, beer battered and dipped in Chef's blend of Cajun spices, served with our house-made garlic ranch dressing.  $6.95

Pale Ale-Battered Red Onion Rings – Dipped in our Pump Station ale batter and coated with seasoned bread crumbs, served with ancho-chipotle sour cream and blue cheese.  $4.95

Chef Tom’s Montezuma Red ChiliTexas-style spices add zest to cubes of fresh beef, peppers, red onions and tomatoes.  Served with corn chips.  $5.95  Add smoked cheddar, $1.00

Raspberry Grilled Duck Salad – Tender duck breast marinated in Raspberry vinaigrette, served over fresh baby greens with yellow tomatoes,  oranges, baby corn, snow peas and walnuts.  $10.95

Santa Fe Salad – A crispy tortilla filled with spicy ground beef, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, jalapeños, cheddar cheese and chili cream.  Vegetarian option available with our veggie burger and black bean-corn salsa.  $7.95

 

Caesar Salad – Crisp Romaine tossed with our crunchy house-made croutons, Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.  $4.95 small, $6.95 large

Cordon Bleuwich – Beer-battered chicken breast, coated with our special breading, fried golden-brown, topped with honey ham and Swiss, served with Dijon mayo on a hard roll.  $7.95

 

Open-faced Rueben – Thinly-sliced corned beef topped with our house-made aled sauerkraut, Russian dressing and Swiss on grilled rye.  $7.95

 

Veggie Focaccia – Mixed peppers, red onions, sun-dried tomatoes and Portabello mushrooms roasted and topped with a light Balsamic dressing, served on garlic-butter brushed focaccia with smoked mozzarella.  $6.95

Pump Station Burger – Fresh ground beef blended with scallions, cheddar cheese, barbeque sauce, and our award-winning Kick-ass Brown ale, grilled to order and topped with bacon and pepper jack on a hard roll with chili cream.  $7.95
