Assorted liverwurst and pates with flatbreads, crackers and rye bread.

First Course

Served family style

Assorted German sausages: Weiswurst, Bauernwurst and Munich Grill served over smoked ham hocks, apples, braised cabbage with sides
of potato pancakes

Second Course

Served family style

Wild boar wiener schnitzel with buttered noodles and sour cream and mushroom espagnole

Third Course

Served family style

Bavarian style sauer braten spaetzle and sweet and sour red cabbage.

Fourth Course

A raisin and walnut stuffed apple, baked in a puff pastry, topped with caramel.
